Processing of personal
data Olympia will process the personal data of those who visit and interact with the Website and/or who contact Olympia through the available communication channels, in particular their email address and contact form. This may include the processing of personal data of users of the Website, representatives and employees of companies that are customers or potential customers of Olympia and other natural persons who wish to obtain information and/or contract the services offered by Olympia (the“Data Subjects”).
Personal data may be provided by the Data Subject himself through the forms on the Website or the Channels, but may also be obtained by Olympia indirectly when the Data Subject interacts with the Website, for example, through the cookies installed on it. Olympia will process the personal data of data subjects for the following purposes:
- Manage the contact requests made by the Interested Parties through the contact form of the Website and the Channels, and send them the requested information. To this end, the identification and contact data of these Interested Parties (among others, name and surname, email and telephone number) may be processed, based on the pre- contractual relationship between Olympia and the Interested Party (Art. 6.1b) RGPD)
- Carry out activities of analysis, development and improvement of the Website. Website. In this case, the personal data of the Data Subject will be obtained through their interaction with the Website (for example, through cookies) and may include their IP address and location. The legitimizing basis of this processing is Olympia’s legitimate interest in improving the quality of the services it provides (Art. 6.1 f) GDPR).
- Comply with legal obligations that are applicable to Olympia (among others, of a commercial, fiscal, accounting, administrative nature, etc.). In this case, the personal data of the Interested Party that are necessary to comply with these obligations will be processed, based on compliance with them (art. 6.1.c) RGPD).
Recipients of personal data
Olympia will not share the personal data of Data Subjects with third parties, except where: (i) it is obliged to do so in order to comply with legal obligations applicable to it; (ii) is necessary to meet judicial or administrative requests; (iii) is necessary to avoid physical damage or financial loss; (iv) relates to a suspected or proven case of fraud or unlawful activity; or (v) the Data Subject has given his/her consent to such effects.
The personal data of the Interested Parties may be shared with third parties that provide services to Olympia and that need to process said personal data for this purpose.
The Website has enabled the services of Google Analytics provided by the American entity Google LLC. The interaction of the Interested Parties with the Website may imply that their personal data are transferred to this entity located in a country outside the European Economic Area that does not have an adequacy decision by the European Commission. However, this international transfer of personal data and its subsequent processing by Google LLC is carried out on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long personal data is retained
The personal data will be kept by Olympia for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, as long as the Interested Party does not exercise their rights of deletion and / or cancellation. If the data is used for several purposes that require it to be kept for different periods of time, Olympia will apply the longest retention period.
Additionally, the personal data of the Interested Parties will be kept for the periods required by the specific regulations that are applicable in each case.
Olympia will apply all technical and organizational measures that are necessary to protect the personal data obtained through the Website and the Channels, as well as all non-personal information provided through them (for example, in relation to a company, a project or a service).
All data (personal and non-personal) obtained through the Website and the Channels will be treated with absolute confidentiality, maintaining the utmost secrecy and avoiding any unauthorized disclosure and access to them. To this end, Olympia guarantees that the persons authorized to process such data are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality.
